Still new to everything on this site but here goes nothing! I was driving with my boyfriend and he went to some rap station on the radio and I heard the opening to "The Game Has Changed". In reaction to it I started jumping up and down and freaking out... until I heard Pharrell come in and then i turned the radio off. Maybe its because I'm not into rap personally or because I love the score so much that hearing it made me want to make an angry phone call or two but i'm not a fan of this.
Just thought I should share this- I can't figure out the proper term for it, any suggestions feel free!

i highly doubt that this is official.
pharrel has a tighter "flow" than this track shows,
it's probably just an acapella slapped onto track.
i mean i got a couple 2Pac acapellas and could slap it onto 'Rinzler'
and call it an "official" track on youtube.
p.s. - i would never do that to this fanbase btw

This is just a fanmashup. A real production would have a much tighter sound. These vocals haven't been mastered to fit with it at all.
Edit: Name a rap track I can get an acapella of, and I can top this with one hand tied behind my back, with only laptop speakers to master it with.

i wish it was a fan made mash up but its been popping up on hip hop/rap sites and blogs. I heard on 97.1 FM (in new york). I would love to burn the article that is the second link.

I don't know what offends me more, the complete lack of musical talent and integrity that supposed "artists" have when they do nothing more than say stupid crap over other people's far better songs, or the fact that they're popular and, above all, filthy rich for it?
