I know that when I am extremely tired and trying to type quickly I sometimes flip letters, so that may of been what happened with the person posting this thread..

Quorra was *NOT* "created from nothing. The Shiva laser operates similar to Replicator and Transporter in Star Trek. When a person is digitized, the matter making up their bodies is stored as matter patterns and all the molecules are stored inside the canisters around the base of the laser.

Quorra has digital DNA and so the Shiva system using the Master Key, converted her digital DNA over to real world DNA, adjusted the matter patterns and use the basic matter molecules from the canister to materialize Quorra. Similar to how Replicators materialize things and similar to how Transporters can store matter patterns and transmit those energy patterns and uses basic molecular matter to materialize a person in another location.

Clu's army would NOT be able to be materialized in the "real world" since the matter in the containers in FINITE (i.e. limited in amount) and only enough to materialize TWO PEOPLE.
The Shiva laser would have to be programmed to digitize all of Flynn's arcade and several city blocks just to have enough raw matter... but the canisters can't ever hold that volume/amount of matter, even in molecular form.

The Shiva system if powered by an independant generator would NOT have enough power... if it's tied into the city's power grid it'd probably black out the whole city, and the laser would shut off.
All those vehicles? I thinkl none of them would work in the "real world" as the physics in how they work are *simulations* the part of there "machinery" dont operate with the same kind of physics as real world physics. Just one of those vehicles would be a an unusable carbon-graphine brick.

As to Clu's plan....

1) CLU did not have access to the internet from The Grid. Flynn had blocked it off, since it was an experimental system. (only the the Flynn Lives's "side ways attack" poked a hole into The Grid, the server was plugged into "dead" phone line but no access to the actual modern day internet and only a page could be sent.)

2) Clu planned to come out into the 'real world', and while on the outside establish a connection between The Grid and the internet.. from there, his army of thousands could then take over ALL the world's computer systems. Programs world-wide are then
re-purposed/rectified to serve Clu to establish a perfectly control an ordered "perfect system" over the entire Earth digtal networks and computers, and taking control of economic data systems all throughout the world.

A **Possibility**, is that after seizing control of the global wide internet and all logged on computer systems (setting himself up as world dictator), he would have posed as Flynn in the "real world",and would have taken back control of Encom first of all.

Now with the materialization laser technology in his hands; he can eventually set up materialization laser units hooked up to nuclear reactors/city power grids then have them digitize local matter and then materialize huge numbers of soldiers (now encoded with their own digital DNA) and all of them would arm themselfs with real weapons.

A huge war would most likely insue.. humanity is decimated as Clu attempts to "perfect" the Earth. Because that dude doesn't dig imperfection...

That was more of a shameless plug more than anything but really I think if we fans step up and show that we really want a TR3N (along with really good blu-ray slaes and Uprising ratings), we could get it.
