Apparently this record is being released on National Record Store Day (April 16 2011)
It will have three different colors but the records will all have the same songs on them:

GOD BLESS AMERICA AND ALL THE FRIGGIN PEOPLE IN IT.
I'm an assistant scoutmaster in a Boy Scout troop and we're going on a cycling/camping trip out in the San Juan islands that weekend. Looks like I'll have to pay eBay premiums, or hope that Silver Platters doesn't move em all that day (something tells me these are gonna be hot, though...)

Looks like my local store isn't carrying these (not on their list at least.) I figure I'll call though just to be sure.
There may be some places to grab these online without resorting to ebay, we'll see.

Do a google search for National Record Store Day to find your local record store that is participating. My store had a pdf file on their website of stuff they are offering but the Tron discs weren't on there. A lot of other stores around here don't even have websites so I'm going to have to call around.
Some of the stores have said they will offer excess stock online after the day is over, but that isn't concrete yet. Luckily it doesn't seem to be a limited pressing.

Thanks - called one store already and he passed over them saying that he didn't think TRON was at all popular.
He also said that what he orders doesn't necessarily mean that is what he is able to get.
I'm going to try another, but the many record shops around me are closed Mondays...

Uhuh. That's why the soundtrack entered the US album charts at #10. Heck, it peaked at 4.

Called around some record stores here. Got mostly the same response:

LOL. I did nail 1 store down as intending to carry the records on RSD. They don't know how many they'll have, nor when they'll open. Probably know more closer to RSD.

yeah, I tried *yet another time* to give a local shop where I live a chance - but the town is now "hip" and "trendy" - unless the artist is featured on a Starbucks CD... *rollseyes*
I contacted a shop in one of my favorite suburbs (where I actually used to work), and he said go ahead and e-mail him my request and he'll call me when he gets them...
Looks like I'm getting all three colors... 
Now that's Customer Service...

Word! I wanna get a set of all 3. This is one of the first times in my life where I'm around to purchase a new vinyl of music I like. EMI is releasing the near complete soundtrack on two vinyls in the UK. Actually your remix is better than the Disney Records US/CAN version, it has reactive ink. So you guys are getting the better deal.

That is EMI Tron Soundtrack vinyl import. Supposedly a Limited Edition with glow in the dark cover and a code for a down loadable track. I'm talking about the Remixes Album.

I wish I knew if this is something that attracts crowds or not. Like should I get there an hour early? I never even heard of the thing till this thread! LOL.
I also was told they can't hold them for anyone. Blah. I have a feeling more gray hair is in my future :/
