There's some interesting pieces there (jumping cars and the 16 cm guys) but I can't really figure out how they relate to Tron?

They look like unlicensed (remember those cars from Tron??? I sure don't!) and in some cases knock off toys. The multipack jets in light blue and orange look cool.
I guess look for these at your local chinatown sometime soon?
Also, I'm amused at how most of these are labeled as Tron "LEGAY"
engrish is awesome.

Yep. They're knockoffs made from re-sold molds of the Spin Master stuff. The figures are (according to the mock up pictures, which may or may not be what the figures even look like) Rinzler heads stuck on Knock off Iron Man figures with Legacy circuits painted on.
They'll probably be how bootleg toys ussually are, and probably not worth tracking down and picking up. The plastic is ussually really brittle, and paint ussually has crazy chemicals in it. I don't mean to come off so dark, but you gotta be careful with stuff like that, and you KNOW the Mouse isn't gonna be happy about it. "they didn't even change the names, man."

I looked for a knockoff Castor, I think that's about the only thing I'd have even the vaguest interest in. A carton probably has more than that in it. They make those things for like .20 cents a piece to sell. I doubt that a Castor would show up, since they'd get their molds from Spin Master and in the legal troubles their mold of him was probably destroyed with the figures that weren't saved. Few years back I bought some miniature chalk-cube sized cameras from China eBay sellers, a couple of them came with "FREE GIFTS!!!", namely those mobile phone charms, a Winnie The Pooh and Elmo - the paint on them comes off on your fingers (even today) and I'd put money on them having some of those crazy chemicals in the paint and plastic. I left them in their plastic bags in the bottom of my box of CCTC/spy camera bits.

Heh, I don't think Disney actually owns the copyright to "Tron" I noted that none of the Spin Master or UK packaging trademarked the name itself, and the NECA toys referred to another company for the Tron name.
Of course, they shouldn't be using imagery from the movie, which is owned by Disney...

I personally wouldn't bother with these at all. They are just bootlegs/knockoffs and not officially licensed. They are just an attempt to cash in on the "Tron Legacy" name.
If they aren't official, I'm not interested.

If you actually wanted some of those, you actually have a couple options. Ebay, obviously, but a local Flea World/Market or something of that nature always seem to have this sort of product.

Interesting toys but no thank you, the chemicals in the paint, plastic, lead, etc is not good at all. Plus I wouldn't want to import some of these knock offs anyways.
