I've updated my original post again:
I have all 6 from Series 1, all 6 from Series 3. and since I have the Sam + Clu that's in Series 3, I don't need it again for Series 2. That just leaves Sam + Arcade and Jarvis + Black Guard. Only 2 more and my 2" collection will be complete!
If anyone has a spare Sam + Arcade and Jarvis + Black Guard that they could sell me to help me out that would be great! Just post here or send me a PM.

Ok. I think I vaguely remember us talking about tape on the 2-packs. But that's the problem: my memory. LOL. Not to mention a completely suck-worthy search feature here.
I got 2 x 2-packs today: Black Guard + Jarvis and Sam Flynn + Clu.
Both had tape running up the left of the packs and across the tops.
Are we all in agreement that this is 'normal' with these sets???

I have all three series of the two packs and although I don't have tape on these two at least half of them have at least one piece of tape somewhere holding down the bubble.

Thanks for the confirmation. This really baffles me as to why they kept using a flawed system of sealing the package. Leaving opening on the edges? What were they thinking?? Sigh. Thanks again everyone.

Just wanted to post that I also received my Clu + Castor 2-pack from Kingplayer in the mail yesterday. They put a lot of paper padding in it and arrived in mint condition thankfully 
I was surprised, I'm usually the one to get the one all messed up  I'm sorry to hear some of you are having damage problems. I will be crossing my fingers you all get mint ones too
Slightly off topic: Im going to try to check tomorrow to see which CLU's I have (Yellow vs Orange) at my house and at my local Disney Outlet store. It would be nice to have both

Speaking of I see the most reasonably priced Sam + Arcade figure set on ebay now... $35 with shipping... I'm thinking about buying it, but I already have one (finally).

Yeah those have all but disappeared on ebay. The Sam + Arcade is only from that guy in Singapore now too. I think any hope that these toys would leak out during home video release is gone.
Our last hope will be Target clearance/Ross etc. I'm glad I went ahead and completed my collection when I did, I will be surprised to see any S2 stuff and absolutely SHOCKED to see the S3 stuff.

Target usually doesn't put new stuff out for clearance in stores - only what they had languishing on the shelves and in the back. I think anything in the distribution centers ends up at Big Lots/Ross/TJ Maxx/Tuesday Morning. However, I'm not sure at which of those low-budget retailer(s?) Target is more likely to dump their excess stuff.

Well, my Jarvis and Black Guard came in on 5/4/11, so now all I need is the Sam + Arcade set and I'll have all of the 2" packs.

Just found the Series 3 Castor + Clu at Target tonight. It was the only one they had, stuck right in front of the same Series 1 that had been sitting there forever...
So it appears they are showing up stateside.
