I saw her in Tron Evolution but other than that, nothing until the film. When did Flynn find her, related to his going into hiding? I was thinking fo writing a fan fic and wanted to know anything about how Flynn found her and when.
Also, maybe his having her for company helped him avoid insanity, as someone posted about in another thread, being alone so long and all.

Try reading the Tron Betrayal graphic novel/comic. Gives more backstory on the ISO's.

Like CorrupTron says read Tron: Betrayal.
But, you answered your own question. Radia was being installed as co-system administrator. Radia asked Quorra to be there. Radia had, according to her BIO on evolution, a close friendship with Flynn.
Therefore, through given evidence, it seems that Radia introduced Quorra to Flynn.

Ok, I have read Betrayal and watched Evolution, but in the film, Q says Flynn saved her. I just can't find out when or how.
In any case, the fun thing about fan fic is you can ignore canon. I just hate to.

At the end of Evolution after Anon is derezzed, Flynn comes by and revives Quorra as she was about to Derezz

By the bye, do you have the script, or are you just very good at remembering dialogue?
I looked for the script online and didn't find it. I once found the script, more or less correct, of Star Trek 2009, andfound one of Tron, more or less correct (some scenes must have beed unfilmed), but no luck with T:L.
