Ok so Quorra's light runner had special tires to go off grid at a touch of a button to make it to Kevin's domain. When Sam borrowed Kevin's light cycle to head back to the city to find Zuse, what modification did this light cycle have to enable it to be run off grid ? Or was there a hidden grid road that led to city that we never saw ?

Kevin was basically the Admin of the Grid. Before being trapped on the grid, he could literally write pretty much any program he wanted.

One characteristic of Kevin Flynn's Lightcycle is that it was the only persistent light cycle in the Grid, meaning it existed separately without needing to be rezzed-in from a baton.
All other lightcycles are rezzed-in when conjured up by a rider and partially get the energy to maintain them from the Grid itself, therefore thay can't go Off-Grid because then they'd simply de-rezz..

I believe that Quorra mentioned that Kevin brought the Light Cycle from the previous grid. That explains the design similarity with the classic film. However, those Light Cycles on the old grid were also activated by batons. Kevin must have modified the program to make it permanent. After all, I don't remember seeing a white Light Cycle in the original film.

Yes the white lightcycle is permanent and that's why later on Jarvis reports to Clu that they were able to pinpoint Kevin's hideout from the log on the bike they find abandoned when Sam ditches it to enter the End of Line Club.order abortion pill abortion pill buy online where to buy abortion pill

Id like to take this opportunity to mention that Flynn's lightcycle is the most well-designed bit of tech in the whole movie, from an artistic standpoint that is. Perfection.

I never knew the second gen cycle couldn't be stored in the baton. I guess in retrospect it makes sense as to why the cycle was just parked in Kevin's place rather than being in baton mode. Wouldn't this ultimately be a disadvantage though? I would think the benefits of being able to summon your cycle at will would outweigh the costs.
That makes me wonder about the Light Runner, I'm assuming that can't be stored in a baton either?
Also while on the subject of generations, what about Clu's Light Cycle? It looks very different from the others, so would Clu's be a gen 6? Or is it still considered a gen 5?abortion pills online abortion pill online purchase cytotec abortion

I would think so too. No need for parking lots. If you drink too much at EOL club, your friend can take you home and you don't need to leave your vehicle. Your boss will never drive past the club on the day you're "sick" and see your lightcycle parked outside...etc.
What do you want? I'm busy.
Program, please!
Chaos.... good news. |
