Start running my inherited company and kicking that smug Richard Mackey out of his position and tossing him and his office possesions out into the street. That and giving Ernie the security guard a raise.....Anyone that would follow me up on top of a crane has some "brass ones". I would ride back to my pad by the river and give Quorra some of what she had been waiting for since she drove in with the Light Runner. That done, watch the sunrise together. I'd teach Quorra some awesome hacking skills. Then I'd bring in Alan and explain to him the situation. Upload all the data in The Grid to a locked down super fire-walled, modern Encom Server. Bring in Lora and have her adjust and prepare the Shiva II Digitizing-Re-Materialization system.
With Qourra in the real world "watching my back". Then go back into the restored Grid along with Alan Bradley (since he simply MUST see and experience The Grid IMO.)
and find all the data fragment that make up Flynn after finding and re-uniting with Tron.
Gather up all the data fragments and recompile Flynn restoring his digital dna pattern. Use the new Master Key Disc and specially prepared Shiva II system and re-materialized Flynn into the real world. Then Sam goes through the portal/transport beam. Then the Tron says goodbye to his User, Alan. and Alan 1 him self raises his disc into the air and it ascends into the beam as the classic Tron theme plays into a great rising cresendo.... would be EPIC, IMO.

Well, with Clu gone, I guess he'd eventually want to go back to the digitized world and do some sightseeing, I'm thinking the weird time compression phenomenon experienced by digitized users would make more convenient to first go back, but then again Quorra would certainly want to stay analog and see some more of the real world.
I think she could become rather disapointed after a short while.
