Can't download the Map Pack in Tron:Evolution.

Hi.
I tried for a long time to download the map pack in tron evolution. It is writted that it's free for the 1st hand purchase[and I am 1st purchaser]. I tried to download it, but it failed. There's a message about troubleshooting...
Did anybody here downloaded it successfuly? I'm playing it on PC.
Please help.

Can you give details about when you are having trouble? Are you able to enter the code that came with the game? Are you able to get into the "downloadable content" section of the game?

When you choose to download DLC from inside the game, you want to choose "Redeem code" and then make sure you type in the code you got inside the game package correctly. There should be a small card with a code on it. After entering the code, Evolution should pop up a notice saying that you have to leave the game and use the GfWL Marketplace Client to complete the download process.

You'll see a little icon in the taskbar with a Windows flag on it. Double-click that. Then the client will ask you to sign in to your account. After that, click on Downloads. In this section, you'll be able to start the download of the map pack DLC. When it's done, go back into the game and the maps will be there now.

Ok, ok, the troubleshoot message is gone. I solved the troubleshoot problem....

but now there's a new prbolem: the code is wrong.
The code that I have to enter is the serial, right? The letters and digits on the back of the menual that are organized like this XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX

Nope. There's another code. It's on a small card inside the package, like I said before.

Thats right. You need the code found on the small flyer inserted with the manual. It should be a small sheet of paper that looks like an advertisement. There should be a code there.

well that REALLY blows! Are you sure it didn't fall out or was accidentally trashed when you opened the game? Not in between the manual or anything?
Id contact them and see if you can get help.
This is one thing I didn't agree with. Having DLC be so exclusive like this.
Id probably take it back to the store and see if you can get a replacement, open it in front of them to make sure its in there. Unless that is...you purchased this game online.
