it's reality, babe. Get used to it. Sure it's nicer and easier to hole up in your own little world, and heaven knows for the most part there's f*-all you can do about it, but the real world is still out there. The more you close your eyes and cover your ears and sing "la la la" really loudly so you don't have to know about it, the more it is allowed to prosper.

And my opionion on the part where she keeps looking at sam when they are in the lightrunner is that its a look of amusement. like this is fun to her and hes kinda freaked out and still isnt sure what going on. Think of it like this, say you have a friend who has never done some extreme sport before (bungee jumping ect) but you have, they look nervous and you laugh and smile at their reaction and watch how they react to the situation. |
Actually, that movie popped into my head. The difference, of course, is that Quorra knows about dictators and genocide...but not to that EXTENT. I had a section in my fanfic where somebody is telling Tron that the real world isn't the paradise he imagines with only all this great stuff everybody's always talking about...and then I realized I had to toss it out because I can't imagine anyone being so cruel as to go into the Grid and tell all the poor programs about this stuff. I mean, even a normal person can't think about it for more than a few minutes without wanting to tear their hair out. I have no idea how someone who never even
imagined such things would take it.
Actually, it makes an interesting sideline into the idea that Flynn is finding out that the Grid can't be a utopia...because compared to the real world, in some ways it still is quite sheltered.where to buy abortion pill http://blog.bitimpulse.com/template/default.aspx?abortion-types buy abortion pill online
