Observation I've made about the Deluxe Identity Discs...

on Wednesday, January, 05, 2011 9:30 PM
I've noticed that for both my Rinzler and Sam Flynn deluxe identity discs there is a demo mode and what I call the "non-demo mode".

I can press the button on the demo mode and enjoy the sounds and lights that play. However when I set the switch to the "non-demo mode" and press the button, i get a longer sounding sound at first with some lights, but when I press the button again I don't get a sound... lights will occasionally flash.

On an eBay listing I saw someone mention that the non-demo mode I was referring to is actually a motion sensing mode, so then I assumed that by moving the disc I'll get the sounds and lights, but again, no consistent sounds.

I've been leaving both my discs in demo mode so that pressing the button will give me consistent sounds and lights.

Have any of you had a similar issue with your deluxe identity discs?

Ya need to strike it on something (but not too hard). It's more of an impact sensor than a motion sensor.

I did find that hitting the disc in a 'sweet spot' consistently made sounds and lights. Experiment just bumping around the circumference of the disc, and you might find a place that consistently creates action. where to buy abortion pill http://blog.bitimpulse.com/template/default.aspx?abortion-types buy abortion pill online

i found out that the lights and sounds can also be activated if u swing the disc around in your hand as well. like if u were going to do a mele attack

Thanks for the info, fellas! CaptainCR... I had tried swinging the disc as you stated prior to posting my thread here but again I didn't get the consistent sounds and lights... all trial and error then I suppose.

I appreciate the feedback... thanks!

it's like the "clashing" swords they have made for a lot of movie tie ins.

If you ask me, you have to hit it TOO hard to make a sound! could dent it.

Thanks... yeah, I'll try that. Shame if that's the case because a kid would have to really swing hard then to trigger the motion sensors, lol.where to buy abortion pill ordering abortion pills to be shipped to house buy abortion pill online

Yeah the motion sensors in these are not very sensitive. When I fiddle with my disc I smack it on my hand kinda hard and it will make the clanging sound. Then it will make some noise if you swing it around some, but for mine it's like you have to prime it by strikng the rubber edge on something.
