The one thing that has been pissing me off about these Spinmaster toys is that the vehicles are always scratched or dirty when you open the package! Being a collector of awesome toys from my favorite movies, this really makes me angry! I swear there were more scratches and some unidentified gooey mess on my light runner when I opened it! When I opened my one man light jet, it was also scratched to hell and looked like someone dropped it several times in the mud somewhere! I had to clean the sand/mud out of the grooves on the wings before I put it together! Spinmaster needs to get it's crap together if they are gonna sell TRON collectibles. It's absolutely ridiculous that a product is in USED shape, when you're buying it NEW at retail. Totally unacceptable!

The only thing that kind of irks me is that the plastic they used on the black vehicles doesn't quite have the glossy finish one would expect from similar toys from other vendor.

I have had the same experience myself.
I bought a Rinzler figure, I was excited because it still had the yellow tag that stopped it from lighting up, but when I got to the car, The chest icon was covered with some gooey stuff too.
I thought that maybe the lights were broken, but anyways, I returned it, and I found one in great shape, but the yellow tag was gone on this one.

I've had a similar issue with the deluxe Rinzler and deluxe Clu's light cycle. Rinzler had odd scratches on his head and Clu's cycle had scratches and a paint smear or two on the front of the bike. Spin Master's QC seems to have been a little lax.
