So I live in Vancouver where they filmed the movie, and by looking at the photos, the film itself, and the trailer multiple times, I've deduced where the "real world" segments of the movie were shot.
Scenes - Locations
Encom Building - "TheQube" (Georgia St between Jervis and Broughton) for the entrace, but the rooftop is either that building or the Shangri-la downtown (it's hard to tell).
Sam Flynn's "house" - In the docks located at the North end of the Iron Worker's Memorial Bridge on the western side (between the Iron Worker's and the railway bridge)
The Sam/Taxi/Police chase scene - On Georgia Street from aprrox. Bute Street to the corner on Burrard
Sam Flynn Motorcycling - Cambie Street Bridge and surrounding areas

Cool stuff eh? -Well I thought so. Hope I didn't miss anything (but I probably did considering I was going from the trailer mostly)
