According to a post over at the Gamefaqs forums (
http://www.gamefaqs.com/boards/605494-tron-evolution/57607566), the only code for the PSP version is:
Endofline
This unlocks the Rectifier Disc Arena in Quick Play mode. If so, this is somewhat disappointing. Looking at the game's coding for different levels, there are the following levels in Single Player Mode:

In terms of potentially unlockable levels, only the V2 Light Cycle Grid seems to be missing from either my completed Single Player game or Quick Play mode. It may yet be unlocked by another code, or may be just an upgraded light cycle grid for when you reach Championship Round 2 or Round 3. So they could be right at Gamefaqs.
I haven't looked at unlockables or potential codes for character or vehicle customization as yet. But what I did do was a hex search on the game for "Endofline" (it is case sensitive in the game) and nothing came up. Could be encrypted, I suppose.
