I'm sorry, trekking, I didn't know that was a Loki head. I mean, the site where I got the link from made it apparent that it was more G.I. Joe-related with some Star Wars heads, but I didn't know that one was a Loki head. But, I will admit, you did say that the hairstyle was correct on it when I posted it. So, it really depends on how close you want to get in your accuracy and completely up to you. To me, the sculpted head, though the hair is also the same, the face seems too exaggerated to be similar to Castor's and I would go with the Loki head since it is closest to looking normal. Of course, that's just me.
I got back from going to the Flea Market with my dad. And I happen to snag a few awesome loose figures, with two of them that can become potential parts for some of my T:L mods. I picked up a Han Solo in a Stormtroomer outfit (this is from the 2005 printing of Star Wars figures), whose head looks pretty dang close to a young Flynn circa 1989 that I can use for CLU (I may end up making a cast of it and then sanding and sculpt the hair a bit to give it a more slicked back look). The other figure I haven't been able to figure out where its from, but its an action figure of a character from a movie by Miramax circa 2003. The figure is of a child, and the head (face and hair) matches the young Sam Flynn circa 1989. The head is perfect, but the body has the kid dressed in an English schoolboy's outfit. I'll see if I can figure out what the figure is and share a picture of it with you guys. But the challenge with the figure is trying to find a body to replace it, especially since I know that figures of kids in the 3 3/4 scale seems rare to me.
BTW, I also bought a 1:18 scale diecast Ducati similar in the style of Sam Flynn's (its not the same model, but it looks pretty close enough to pull it off). Here's the place on eBay I got it from. I think it'd be great to go with a real world Sam Flynn and real world Quorra if anyone decides to do one (I'm getting it because I think it'd be awesome to have next to my Kevin Flynn Lightcycle.

Wow, you got some cool stuff! So yeah Loki sounds good. So should I get that online one or buy that figure at walmart? Its not the cost its just the online one isn't painted. So if that Flynn/Clu head cast goes good would you like to sell casts? I could use that for my Clu so it look better then a helmet.order abortion pill morning after pill price where to buy abortion pill Thanks to FlynnOne for the signature!

Well, I'd probably go with Wal-Mart if I could find it there (if its on clearance, which could be anywhere below $6). That way, you get some additional parts, such as accessories, arms, legs and torsos, that can you can use as either parts for other possible figure customs or can be used for trade for other bits and pieces you may need for custom work. But, if you're unable to find the figure at a Wal-Mart in your area, I think the cast would be a good way to go. Basically, it comes down to if you want to go with getting more bang for your buck, how much work you want to put into (which, either way, you're going to be painting the figure's head to give it a white hair and the skintone to match what is shown in the film) and if the item's available.
Yeah, I'm glad to find the figures. I don't know if I'll be able to do multiple casts, as I'm still trying to figure out how to perform casting, in addition to how to make a cast of the head. I'd totally would offer casts if I could (at this moment, I don't have the ability to do anything, but when I do, I may be able to do more than one pull). The figure's head looks exactly the same as the current figures I've compared them to, such as the Vintage Collection, The Legacy Collection and The Saga Collection Star Wars lines seem to have the same head sculpt I can tell (as long as its after 2004 from what I can tell from various pictures I've seen) that have some of the same head sculpts (the strangest thing I haven't found the exact same figure as the one I have yet, but I've noticed the same head being on the Legacy Collection's ROTJ Han Solo from the desert pit scene, the one where Jabba was about to drop him, Chewie and Luke into that desert pit creature's mouth to be "digested for thousands of years" or something like that). In fact, "The Vintage Collection" (and from what I can tell, the "30th Anniversary" line) is still available at Wal-Mart and stuff if you really need it ASAP. But like I said, I'm still trying to figure out the how-to to make casts, but the figures with the same head are available.

My walmart has them, I just looked at one there last night. They were $5 but I didn't think about getting one for this. And I already have that figure but it is part of my Thor collection so its not being used.
I think Boba had how to do casts somewhere in this thread. Something about putting silicon on them then popping it out and filling with resin.

Here is a copy of what Boba said:
plaster for what, casting the head?
actually i'll give a fine suggestion for everyone if casting heads i use for mego blanks if you can't afford pricier silicone.
caulk.... i'm serious.
pick up a tube of clear caulk from walmart for a 1.50 - 2.00 and a small bottle of acetone.
use the acetone outside or in my case my shop has a bunch of filter masks.
thin down a bit of it with the acetone to make an easily brushable detail coat and let it dry.
then basically build it up to about a 1/4" thickness.
it's flexible enough you can pop out the original headcast/sculpt.
virtually any resin can be mixed up and poured into it.
use a toothpick to remove any air bubbles that make be lurking in the detail points.
resin you can pick up at most craft stores if online ordering is not for you.
the awesome part is if you sign up for mailing lists, a.c. moore, michaels, and jo ann quite often sends you 25 - 50% off coupons every month!
plus these store price match and use competitor's coupons!
i use/abuse the crap out of this for supply runs.
brushes, paints, etc.

That's awesome! Going to have to try it out to see if I can pull it off (such as how to get the head set up in a way that I can be able to brush the silicone on. What I planned on doing was popping the head off the Han Solo, making a cast, then making the modifications to the cast (such as dremelling and molding the hair) and then paint it to the way I want it to while keeping the original head intact (that way in case I need to doing another mold of the original head, I have it in the original condition and still have another head for CLU and possibly one for a young Flynn).

LOL. You could always buy one that's loose from eBay if you really needed it ASAP. But I'm going to have to get the materials to make the mold and the resin for it. Not sure if it'll be this week, but certainly not next weekend (heading to MegaCon in Orlando with my dad).

Well, I know that Cindy and Bruce are listed as going to be there (I already got my signature from Cindy at last year's MegaCon. Bruce I'll playing by ear because my Dad and I went to DragonCon, and he was listed to appear but didn't show up). I don't know if they have a whole lot of TRON-related materials there, but Bruce is sitting in on a Babylon 5 panel and will be taking TRON related questions.

Well, I remember someone saying (I think it was here under this discussion) that the skintone base could be used for Quorra. But judging from the skintone in the film vs. the skintone of the figure that was actually produced, I say you may need to lighten it up with white or light gray (to give a pale appearance, as I'm recalling Sam's face on the figure and the skin portions visible to Quorra's arms. You may have to get the skintone colors and some white and light gray and make some small mixes to see how they'd turn out after they dry. But, it depends on what you're going for, matching the film or matching the action figure.

I would go for the film colors. Then also what about paint for the hair, eyes and eyeliner? And for that I will likely have to order a really fine brush like this. The seller said that it can be used to paint the eyes on miniature gaming figures so yeah its good. Thanks to FlynnOne for the signature!

The hair is simple: flat white. The eyes, you may have to go with a light blue so to simulate the retna, but painting the eyes and eyelashes are simple. Here's a tutorial from Figure Realm about painting eyes for figures.

That looks kinda simple! But what color do you think for the eyeliner? In the movie it looks almost metallic blue.
And for the eyebrows and eyelashes, I don't think he has any from how it looks in pictures.
And in the tutorial it shows how to paint a white dot to look like a reflection on the eye. No figures I have ever seen had that. What do you think?order abortion pill abortion pill buy online where to buy abortion pill

I say a light blue, but if you want to go metallic blue, you can.
For the eyebrows and eyelashes, he doesn't have the eyebrows in the film, but I think he might not have the eyelashes (I haven't been able to find a high res shot of the scenes wit him that can help us tell, but I would assume that he would have eyelashes (as I don't think there's many actors who are willing to get their eyelashes plucked, even if they're method actors). But that's up to you, and it will make it difficult to tell where his eyelids end and his eyes begin.
For the reflection on the eye, I can't recall any figures that have them. I think some of the recent, 6+ inches figures might have them (I can't be sure). But I think that the "eye light" reflection is optional.

So I will be going to Hobby Lobby on Wednesday. Here is the paint they have:
here and here.
So just mix one of them with white? And the flat white I have is Tamiya acrylic paint. Would it mix with that? Also what color for the eyelashes? I think that light blue will be fine for eyeliner but I will see what their metallic paint looks like. Thanks to FlynnOne for the signature!

I honestly don't know when it comes to the mixing of two different manufacturers. You may want to ask over at the forums of Figure Realm about that. But if you don't want to wait for an answer, you can always experiment to see if the colors work, as well as if mixing of two different brands will work as well. I know that Hobby Lobby has more than just two of the colors, as the one in Valdosta (near where I live) has a few more colors. For the eyelashes, a simple flat black should work. Like I said, when it comes to the eyeliner, experiment and see how it comes out.
Additional Edit: BTW, while rewatching T:L on my parents HDTV and HD-DVR, I have been able to confirm that Zuse/Castor does, in fact, have eyelashes. Due to the eyeliner, it makes it difficult to see them unless you actually pause and get in close to the screen to see it.order abortion pill http://unclejohnsprojects.com/template/default.aspx?morning-after-pill-price where to buy abortion pill
