Hey there! I was wondering if anyone here has picked up either of the 2 novelizations for the film and could tell me if they're any good? The extra bits were the reason i was going to pick it up really, since i know they work from script rather than film and bits get cut out (for example Alan telling Sam he promised him if he heard anything about his dad he would tell him first, we saw that in a trailer but it wasn't in the film). If it just covers an hour though i don't think i'll bother, kind of pointless to release an incomplete novelization. I know they will have done it to prevent the ending going online before the film was released but they could have released it simultaneously and had a complete novelization.

It's worth a quick glance at your bookstore. I read the Junior Novel.
