That's WAY out of my price range. Definitely worth it, but I can't afford that much :P At this point, though, I'd be glad just to have a VHS copy to watch.where to buy abortion pill http://blog.bitimpulse.com/template/default.aspx?abortion-types buy abortion pill online

You're not talking about the 20th anniversary DVD, right?

Yeah, the original is way out of print (it's Disney, are you surprised?). The prices are through the roof atm from the hype of TL. Wait a few months and it will be re-released along with TL.

Falty: I'd prefer the regular DVD rather than the anniversary one due to price. I really really hope they bring it back when the new movie eventually goes to DVD. Disney's marketing strategy makes no sense to me. Maybe they need Alan Bradley and Sam on their board to help out lol.

I have the HDNET 720p, the anniversary, and the original DVD release. I was watching the HDNET version and I noticed that they removed the boom-mic that creeps into the shot at the bottom of the screen in Flynn's arcade. Why would they do that? That's like removing the Stormtrooper banging his head on the door!

They removed the boom mic for the 20th anniversary DVD. They also slightly cropped out the crewmember you can see when Flynn and Lora are sneaking around in Encom.order abortion pill morning after pill price where to buy abortion pill

It costs that much because the DVD is out of print.
Disney pulled it from the shelves so they can release the original along with the sequel in the coming months.
Rumor has it that they are releasing the original on Blu-Ray. I wouldn't mind owning the Original on Blu-Ray, but I already have the 20th anniversary edition.
They are expensive now, if you own a copy, NOW is the time to sell. Once the Original is re-released, interest will die off, but the value of the DVD should remain the same.
I've thought about selling it, but I can't bring myself to do so. It was and still is my first copy of Tron. I think I'll hold onto it for now.where to buy abortion pill http://blog.bitimpulse.com/template/default.aspx?abortion-types buy abortion pill online

I thought about selling mine too, but it's definitely a "used" copy. My kids have touched it and smudged the discs and "loved" the movie. I guess I have to keep it. :P

People would buy it though, now more than ever. Mine is also a used copy, but since I only got mine earlier this year (15 bucks off Amazon), it only has very light scratches, but plenty of them.
I'm torn actually, I could use the money, but like I said, it was and is my first copy of Tron, one that captured my imagination despite growing up amidst so many movies with "better" graphics. I haven't been a long time fan, but I really appreciate the movie. Sucks that I was born in '91 and not 20 or so years before so I could enjoy the movie when it came out.
I wasn't even told about the movie until About a year ago, I then rented it off Netflix. My mind was BLOWN

That aside, it really is a shame that a movie goer such as yourself wasn't able to see the original. More people would see the movie if the dang movie were in stock. Only furthers my suspicion that Disney, is in fact evil

LOL - I got an extra copy instead of making my own backup as they were going for $5 used...
What about the original copy (non-anamorphic), in the white box? Got those too.
More for collectors - my understanding is that the Blu-ray is coming out in Spring - Disney is restoring the original for High-Def... Interesting. Now that you mention it, I think I just watched only the special features on the anni dvd so maybe I never noticed they removed it from the original DVD which is the one I usually end up watching. Did they alter anything else? I know there was a big stink made about The Big Door at one point.

I bought mine a couple of days ago on eBay and it arrived today. I paid around $100 and it was the 20th Anniversary DVD but in brand new condition and still sealed in the plastic wrap. I have the VHS version which I watched a couple of days back but the picture quality was giving me a headache so I bought the DVD, lol.

I think the reason why they haven't re-released on DVD is really simple. I think they're waiting for when they released "Tron: Legacy" on DVD. I know this sounds insane, but I believe this is because of a previous release done before. The 1974 "Gone in 60 Seconds" was released on DVD five months after the 2000 remake was released in theaters. However, the DVD for the original was actually released one month before the remake's DVD hit the stores. So, it could very well be possible that Disney is waiting to release a new copy of the DVD before the release of the "Tron: Legacy" on DVD, so to gain some anticipation buzz for the newer title.

That would be awesome. I wouldn't mind waiting a few months for that to happen--definitely something to look forward to

They improved the video (now anamorphic WS), and the audio over the original release. You can now hear them clearly saying things you couldn't really before (like Flynn and Lora on the way to the laser bay).
