That's interesting, but the article talks negatively about it, saying that he's only there in the beginning, then they never talk about him again in the rest of the movie. Well, in the original Tron movie, Clu was in the beginning and never talked about again. Sure, its a different Clu in this movie, but still the same name. Either way, I see it, it will be interesting how they handle the Easter egg that is Dillinger. I can understand people being concerned about the script and I think the problem lies in that if the studio has several screenwriters doing one screenplay, then there will be a clash of egos and divided direction, and I believe they assign screenwriters to particular sequences to speed up the process and fast track it foe shooting.

So, more writers, less creative control but better than have more heads than one. On the other hand, having one or two writers allows more control, cohesiveness-depending on how willing they want to be faithful to the source material by research.

However, we got lucky because PIXAR, Jeff Bridges, Lisberger and other people got involved in the writing process. I'm sure there were creative differences and this happens during the writing process when there are many writers involved.

It's not going to be perfect due to the many writers lending their voices but it will be a damn good movie, and probably have more substance than Avatar's " Princess Mononoke " approach.

So the quality of the film depends on the voice of one, or the many.

Sadface about no David Warner in T:L. Joe and Steven, if you are reading this, get him in Tron 3!

I think that Dillinger Jr. as a villain in a third film isn't such a bad idea. They've have to deal with the internet at some point in the franchise though. They just have to. :P
