The Grid. A digital frontier. I tried to picture clusters of information as they moved through the computer. What did they look like? Ships? Motorcycles? Were the circuits like freeways? I kept dreaming of a world I thought I'd never see. And then, one day. I got in. |

Quite the departure from focusing on just the "father-son" story. And it's about time Michael Sheen got some more exposure in a regular trailer.
Why use Norton AV or AVG to protect your computer when you could be using TRON instead!? |

Thanks for the post!
I saw some legacy tv spots on sci fi last nite and also on nbc during the Jimmy Fallon show.
They were not the full trailers or anything, similar to this post, just snippets.
Also, here is a spanish interview, and in the background there is some footage playing on the monitor, may contain spoilers....

I was flipping channels today and saw a TRON: Legacy ad on MTV that seemed to have a second or two of the digitization process, not the grid pattern on the body, but the blue kaleidoscopic effect when suspended in the beam. It was very quick, but it looked really cool. Other than that, everything else was featured in all the other trailers we've seen. Unfortunately, i don't have a DVR, so I couldn't record it.
I also wanted to point out that on the official Disney site, on the right side, there is a "Watch Trailers and other videos" link and when you click on it, it brings up a number of trailers and little promo videos that Garrett and Olivia narrate. Some of them have a few bits of new footage and dialogue that I hadn't seen or heard before. If this was posted elsewhere, I apologize for double-posting. But I just thought I'd mention it.
