Thanks for posting this, Jay!
Most of the news stories are referring to this set of posters as a "Quad". Maybe I'm just ignorant of the industry lingo, but isn't this, as Jay stated, a triptych? Where is the "quad" coming from?
I sure hope some poster company sells these as a triptych. That would look really cool on a wall!

This is so cool! If this does become available for purchase, I'm going to have to take down some Star Wars posters to make room on the walls.order abortion pill morning after pill price where to buy abortion pillwhere to buy abortion pill abortion types buy abortion pill online
Why use Norton AV or AVG to protect your computer when you could be using TRON instead!? |

In the UK, many event movies are advertised on landscape-oriented posters called "quads", so-called because they are often 4 times the size of a regular US movie poster, and are shipped folded twice and rolled into tubes for shipment, creating a 4-way fold in the poster when it's mounted.
This poster set is being referred to as a triptych, but technically that's incorrect. True triptychs are laid out in such a way so that the image flows even if there is a gap between the pieces. They are a common design scheme in Renaissance-era Catholic and Eastern Orthodox cathedral artwork, and in modern surrealist and cubist art, especially mass-marketed decorative pieces. For this image to display properly, the three posters must be aligned edge-to-edge. The Clu abides, man...

Ah, thank you for the explanation, Fusion. I figured there had to be some reason as so many sites were using that term. Now, I'm interested in getting the Quad version for my wall! LOL! And I should have known about the true triptych layouts as my dad paints religious icons as a hobby (we're Catholic ). He even painted a triptych before, and it turned out beautiful! Thanks again for the info!

Wow they really screwed that up , everything was sized pretty proportionately until the giant old flynn face.
I would have much rather had the Flynn looking out the window from his lair.
