When i want to preorder, i can set my address to Germany,
but not when entering the credit cart data. US only!?
No toys here so far, no soundtrack...... what a cruel world

Yeah, it's giving me the option to choose a non-U.S. state or Canadian Province (I'm in Canada), but the process stops there, preventing anyone that puts anything other than US in the country code.

Yeah, the poor quality of the execution of the site was one of the things I thought indicated that it was a fake at first.
Clearly this is not being done by Disney Interactive! I'd let the company who built it know it's not working for international orders:

I thought I'd register so as to be able to show the email I received inquiring about the strange error:
So the first round of offers that Disney is releasing for the Tron Soundtrack are restricted to US only. There will be offers coming soon that won't be restricted to the US, but we don't know what the dates are yet. Apologies for the inconvenience.

Just noticed something about the Flynn ASCII-art, though it's probably nothing.
It's clearly a still image of Kevin Flynn's face immediately after he beat the Space Paranoids, from the perspective of the arcade machine. Could it be that the arcade machine somehow captured an image of Flynn, which was then converted to ASCII-art?
I'm probably giving this a little too much thought, but I thought I'd share it, regardless.
