I'm pretty sure that is a fake figure. It looks like modified a Mickey miniture...
There's more and more highly questionable items appearing on ebay, like fake t-shirts, posters and other crap.

This is real.
There is a whole series of these Mickey figures sold at Hallmark stores. There was an event a few years ago where around 200 large Mickey statues were painted by famous people. Syd Mead did a TRON 2.0 themed statue and this is the mini version.
They release a few every year, and this was scheduled to come out this year. Nice to know it's finally hitting the streets.
