Oh, MicroSoft stopped having "Games for Windows" require Vista?
I also really don't want to upgrade to Win 7 right now, since I have some programs that may have compatibility issues with Win 7.

Hey guys, long time no post!
Just spent the day at a preview for Tron: Evolution - as well as getting to see the 3D 8-minute preview of the new movie, I got to play the first level of the single player game and a couple of the 'battle grid' multiplayer levels. I'm under an NDA so I can't say much, but it's a lot of fun and a very different feel from Tron 2.0.

I played on the Light Tanks at an event for Evolution on Friday night in London.
They were fun

I don't give a rat's butt if the single player gameplay is a bit derivitive or a little repeatitive.
That new video just shows one of the major reasons I'm getting the game. Blowing up Reco's with the new gen Light Tanks! Soo d*** awesome!

They tried it for a while, but as could be expected there was a huge backlash. Microsoft quickly gave up on that idea.
Well, I still feel Single Player in Evolution looks pretty "meh" from what we've seen so far. But I do think Multiplayer is starting to look pretty good.

Well, i want to play single player for the story, I enjoyed PoP:Warrior Within, the gameplay in T:E reminds of it, so I think I'll enjoy it. I'm surprised at how much ppl have been wanting 90 degree turns in the game that hardly anybody after viewing the multiplayer vid has commented how cool the light cycle gameplay looks.

Aha! I spotted the Games for Windows Live logo in that trailer. GfWL Multiplayer confirmed. I had a feeling this would be the case, but they took their time.
Just too bad I think GfWL stinks . . . Steam would have been the better choice.
(Unless somebody forgot to remove the Live from the logo? Nah.)
