Just a quick question....do the Standard Lightcycles (not SuperCycles) have their own texture somewhere in the Game folder that I'm missing, or do they use a basic color mat?

I'm bumping this because I figured out a way to export the basic lightcycle from the game. Now I'm working on making new textures for it, but I seem to have run across a UV Mapping problem. Below are some screenshots of the issue. Basically, I end up with some black pixels around the seams of the texture. I'm not sure if my UV Mapping is messed up or the texture is. Can someone help?
P.S. I'm using 3DSMax 2009 and Unwrap UVW tool.

If you are using a texture map for the red color of the lightcycle it looks like the UVW poly lines are to close to the border between the red and background color in the texture map which, might be black? This would create the stretch artifacts that your renderings have. You could separate the mesh parts in Max and use single color material instead of the texture map. Or tweek the UVW polys so they are cleanly within the red areas on the texture map.
Happy modeling!
