Yeah, Macs have right-click functionality, you have to go into your preferences menu and enable it under the mouse tab, though, assuming you're using the pack-in mac mouse.
Or just buy a 2 button mouse. The pack in mouse is touch-sensitive and will perform a secondary click when it detects anything on the right side (assuming you have secondary click set to the right side of the mouse.
