Well a couple weeks ago I went to the Del Mar Fair and when I was leaving I saw a booth with the Tron Legacy Poster in front of it and automatically looked to see what this booth was.

The booth was for the D-Box, which is basically a chair in a movie theater that moves with the movie to make you feel like you're actually there kinda like a ride.

I didn't get to try it as I somehow missed it when I first went to the fair. (Probably went through a different entrance XP )

So anyways my main questions are
Has anyone tried it?
Is it a good experience?
Do you think it would be good to see Tron Legacy with it?
Do you think it's a pointless gimmick?

I personally think it looks pretty cool and would like to try it at some point. It shouldn't be too expensive should it? Well unless you live far away from one. o.o It might be fun for the light cycle scenes :P

Yeah... I heard about these.. Don't they put C4 under your chairs so that when an explosion happens in the movie, you blow up too? You get to feel the pain the same way shown in the movies... and a special behind-the-scenes how the director imagined what the blast survivors would experienced when being rushed off to the hospital......
