I'm playing the game on the Space Paranoids Countdown page and I got 999 Overkill.
However, when I submitted my Flynn Lives username and password it just froze.
Is there any way I can save my points? If not is there any way this can be prevented form happening again?

Have you doublechecked flynnlives to see if you got the Overkill award?
But no, you cannot save your points sadly. Just make sure you don't have tons of programs running in the background that may freeze your browser.
