I thought it'd be interesting to look up Tron Legacy trademarks. Click 'search marks' here then click 'new user form search basic' then type in 'tron legacy' in the search term field here. A whole slew of them propped up in Oct 2009 for different applications (by Disney), probably takes quite a few months for the lawyers and process to get them done.
I noticed that one of those here that read as to how it applied to "cosmetics; dentifrices; non-medicated toiletries; fragrances; perfumes".
Tron TP anyone? The MCP always had that spinning roll look. Digitizing perfume for that special someone?
I'm sure it doesn't have to apply to everything listed.

Cooper Industries still holds the TRON mark, in fact they re-filed in 2008. I'm curious if Disney can use Tron Legacy as a wholly owned Trademark now? I don't know. I think trademarks last forever as long as you have a use for them and renew every 10 years, something like that.
