Is OK an acronym for something? I don't think I understand the question.
Looking at the picture all I seen were lines in the ocean which is probably due to low resolution from the satellite and leftover pixels.

I didn't look up what they are, but what comes to mind is techniques they use to drill for certain types of oil or gas, there's also a possibility they have alot of frozen methane in that area, so that may be what they were getting.
Another possibility is that in the not too distant past the ocean levels were 300 feet below what they are presently, so you see areas where the remenants of our ancestors left walls, roads, and cut out stone thougt to be structures like temples, shipways, and ports.
It's hard to tell just looking at it from google.

be cool if they took some higher quality shots of the ocean so you could see what it looks like at spots or try to make a terrain map or something. but im just rambling now :-)

Because you know I'm Irish and I have a good sense of humor...
Actually O.K. means OhSheet Kilons ascertained from the 23rd century during the 'Stale Cheeto Famine'. Many died of murderous Cheetos....
