Why is it that most women want drama in their lives? .. and when they can't get it, then why do they create it?

I bring this up because I'm recently seeing someone and everything seems to be going really great, but I keep thinking about my past relationships and its sort of hardening my heart. I will not have anything to do with drama. I refuse to be any part of it... I just can't deal with that type of emotional stress... I broke up with sooo many due to this cause it causes me to go into a hurtful depression and I hate feeling that all the time when I'm with someone..

Sorry... lol... I know this isn't the place for this type of stuff. I guess its why most of the major trashy jerks ends up with the ladies. I guess if it pops up in this relationship then I'll just either try to date an Amish girl or just give up on the whole matter all together.... besides, I'm my happiest when I'm single.

I can definitely understand what you're talking about. I met a lot of women including my own mom, that describe the type that always wants some sort of drama in their lives. It's like they don't want to be happy and have to make everyone's lives miserable in any way they can. Whether it's something as insignificant as a pebble on the ground, they'll get mad and want to fight or downplay everyone over it. Like you said, these sort of people for some reason must have drama in their lives. If they don't get it, they'll make it. What's worse is when you think they've changed and think you can finally relax, they snap back and start all over again. Like Compcore said, sometimes they get the guy involved(which I mean involuntarily) and then blame them for the problem.

Anyways after starting this thread, the drama started. This girl I'm crazy about didn't waste any time bringing confusion into the matter. It's odd because I really want to be with her, but I really really really don't want all this emotional stress. For crying out loud my mom may be on the verge of death (don't want to talk about it).

Maybe it wasn't ever meant for me. I felt better off with 'friends-with-benefits' anyways.... however, I'm willing to see this through.

Keep in mind, I'm not really an emotional guy... but still.

I'll be ok... I guess it's just too much too soon. Besides, I'm enjoying my scotch whiskey right now and I've got RUSH blasting on my stereo right now.

That should tell you a lot about the women you were dating. If they cause you stress and pain, nothing good will come of it. Every relationship has its share of stress and pain - that's just a part of life, but I think you know what I mean.

I hated all the drama BS as well. That is probably why I ended up with an older woman for a wife. I needed a real WOMAN and not some insecure little girl who didn't have a clue. And I'm not implying that younger women/girls are all clueless idiots - just the ones I dated before hooking up with TheReelWife.

On a side note... how come my older wife looks younger than I do? Not that I want her to look older than me, but I'd like to look a little younger myself! This aging crap sucks!
