I made this myself. I call it torrent. You draw lines on a canvas window, move them around, stretch them, rotate them, etc. It's a fairly simple graphic design program, but the cool thing about it is it's almost totally keyboard driven.
I'm considering this to be a beta or alpha just because I haven't spent too much time testing it yet. I feel that it is getting close to where I need it to be. I'm hoping to eventually use this in a game that is similar to TRON: TAG.

Another version is up. I'm working hard on this. Hopefully it turns out to be a program that is worth it. Now it has circles and squares.

Ok. This is it. The last version is ready for download. This is by no means a perfect graphics editor; it can be a bit frustrating to use, but if you stick with it you can put forth some good quality material.
If anyone is interested in hosting this program, that will make it possible for others to download in the future. If not, well that's ok too because I plan on getting my money's worth out of this. It shouldn't take too much longer for me to put something decent out (in addition to recognizer.) I'm hoping to put something similar to tron tag. I've had some ideas (like battling grid bugs using the tank), but nothing concrete yet. It's only a matter of time
