no distortion - youtube compression probably making it sound a little dirty - a clean channel with some some chorus and a mild digital delay - its actually a cheap little multi-effects pedal my girl had. i just invested in a peavy rig and got a new guitar - i still have to get a real effects board - in the meantime though the guitar i now play is a black/purple ESP Horizon 7-string (dont have a pic yet but ill post one later) and it sounds great even through a cheap effects processor.

haha sorry. i guess since i started investing in real equipment i've become sensitive...ive sought the advice of older schooled players who are all about true tone. The NUX almost tore me a new one when i told him i was about to buy a Line 6 amp because its a "modeler" - attempts to digitally reproduce the tones of other tube amps. I still dont know if id be able to tell the difference yet in a live setting. but any how...
