If you are talking about the conscripts on the 'Who's Online' section, it's all the non-members who is viewing Tron-Sector.

Yep it is a lot I remember when there was something about tron and we took a hit of close to 10000 conxcripts which bogged the site down when I thinkn tron 2.0 came out.
