Well it looks like I am going to give it a go on this one. When scoping the net over here I have found a nice little program that I can do something here. Its to create and simulate pinball games on the home computer. Granted not the same as the real thing that we all know and love in the arcade to play from time to time. I am going to creating a Tron or a Tron 2.0 game. The only things is when I am done with it over here. I will upload it here. But I will leave a link to where to get the application to run the pinball game I am in the mids of mapping the playing field right now. And where to put the graphics as well. What do you guys think about this??

To compute or not to compute that is the question at hand. Tis nobler to compile in C++ or in TASM.

Sounds awesome. There were a lot of pinball games based on movies and games (Space Invaders, Defender, etc..), but not .
What's the name of the program? I downloaded something like that once and it came bundled with 2 trojan horses!
TRON 2.0 (PC) name - TRON.dll
I'll play any mode, but I'm best at LC.
PSN - TRON-dll
XBOX Live/Games for Windows Live - TRONdll

The name of the program is called Future pinball http://www.futurepinball.com/ totally free or you can give a donation as well if you wish to to the author. Looks good so far as for a program. And the scripting uses vbs on windows xp/vista. So I have some images here and there. for the backdrop panel for the high score like the wallpaper stuff from tron 2.0. I will see on the layout on what to put on there. It's not everyday you whip out a pinball game Still trying to decide to make a single or partly dual level on a corner part of the layout. Looks interesting to try out. Maybe we could get a couple of people to collaborate together on it for design and programming I have done over here in VB just have to wipe the boos off and see what will work with the editor too.

Pinball is one of my favorites also, imagine this(since it's just an odd idea I think would make sense in a real pinball machine)..
You have images on the pinballs, which have circuitry implanted into the ball so that when you hit the ball to an area it changes the gameplay, and sound.
The sounds and images I have are like a "reactable", only it's pinball! http://reactable.iua.upf.edu/
Now, it sounds fun to have Tron man pinball, where you are on the reactable, throwing objects and spinning them around.
Something like Blue Man Group Tron pinball. lol |
