Maybe your download is incomplete/corrupt? Try downloading it again.

I just downloaded the .rar file from LDSO and tried installing it with the program, and it worked perfectly for me.

Would the location I'm saving it in be a problem? Am I supposed to save it into the TRON 2.0/customs/maps folder?

I also tried downloading the UserError mod (also in .rar format) and it didn't work either.

I don't really see how. Version 1.3 is the latest, fully complete version I released. (I won't be able to resume work on the new version 2.0 until after the mod is done.) And like I said, I tried installing the map last night and it worked for me.

What's happening, exactly? Is the program freezing? How is it not extracting the file? Maybe you need to uninstall and re-install the program . . . maybe something's wrong with the installation.

It sounds like your downloads aren't completing properly, for some reason. If the map .rar was corrupt/incomplete, then the behavior of the program you're describing is what would happen. It would give up and do nothing.
