Kyle is being walked down a hallway and behind him are two guys that look like TRON.

I went to the Comedy Central website to see if the video highlights included that part, but unfortunately they did not.
Hopefully someone finds a clip or screen shot.

I was watching the episode earlier, it wasn't Kyle, it was Butters. And it looks more like the "Lollipop king" got in the picture again. 
Excuse if the picture is a little too big... I didn't want to ruin the screen shot by trying to make it smaller.

Yeah, actually the MCP appeared in the opening credits in the background for a while too.
Someone there likes TRON.
Another sighting by my wife too. A show called Clean House has an episode with David Allen Grier and his brother and the brother pulls out a hideous shirt and DAG says "That looks like TRON!". Minor TRON sigthing, but a sighting nontheless.

There is? Well, this calls for looking through all the openings with a fine-tooth comb.
Maybe I'm not the only MCP sympathizer in the world.

I love how they have Jesus as an "imaginary" character. Nothing is too over the top for those guys.
Also, I thought the MCP was the incarnation of Moses. I think he's shown up a few times.... right?

Yeah, he's shown up in a couple of episodes as Moses. And like Dave said, he was also in the opening credits for a while. (Though if you blinked, you would have missed him.)
Ah man . . . those buggers at Putfile converted my file from Xvid to Flash automatically. It WAS in its original format at first, but then they replaced it with the Flash. Oh well.
By the way, did anyone else notice a certain other character at the beginning of the clip? From another Disney film? Sketch, I think you would probably notice him.

Actually fine-tooth comb is acceptable. The second is simply a variant of the first. Gotta have the hyphen though or it could be construed as a comb for the teeth that is fine.
