TRON 2.0 Unofficial FAQ Updated

on Friday, June, 29, 2007 12:39 AM

I just did a fairly major update to the FAQ. It includes screenshots and descriptions of the latest custom maps, new advice on how to run the game on a widescreen monitor, added a blurb about whether the game runs on Windows Vista (in the "Top FAQs" section), and more.

Check it out at:

I need to play Tron 2.0 again soon. It would be nice if Disney/Monolith would make a single-player expansion pack that doubled the size of the game.

I'm getting out of here right now, and you guys are invited. -----^

Thanks, Qix . . . I just wish I didn't have to sub for BVG DI support.

Traahn, yeah I really wish they would make an expansion as well. It's not too late, and a Tron game doesn't need a super-advanced engine to render the graphics. The Lithtech Jupiter engine they used for Tron 2.0 is still fine. The only part they'd really need to improve, is the Multiplayer. As long as they made the expansion cheap (about $20), I'm sure it would sell quite well.

There is that and start Porting it to other perating systems like Red hat and ubuntu linux. And maybe if they could release the source code to improve it even better. There are a lot of things that end users and people who know how to program in the windows, Mac OSX, and Linux users to pull it out even better. I know I've been ranting on bring it to others. Maybe even tape my mouth shut on it at times for that. But heck they need to do something with the game. There is hope like what TronFAQ had mentioned.

VROOOOOOOOOMMMM!!!

To compute or not to compute that is the question at hand. Tis nobler to compile in C++ or in TASM.
