And I feel like a real jackass having never picked up on this, but...
1. Mickey Mouse?!? I never noticed it before. Was wathcing it the other night (with a ladyfriend who had never seen it before- I told her if she wanted to keep seeing me, she needed to experience this movie haha) SHE noticed it right away. "Hey look, Mickey Mouse!" I'm just like "WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT?!?" Rewind a few seconds, and I'll be damned. HOW HAVE I NEVER NOTICED THIS BEFORE?!?!?! haha
2. Yori's helmet change. After she leaves her post and shacks up with Tron...aboard the solar sailer, her helmet goes from the "swimming cap" design to a more traditional design much like Tron/Flynn/Ram/everyone else's. I second that. Not only with the sign in Alan's cubicle make sense, you will get to enjoy a great classic sci-fi film.

My god, i love that movie. I always say Gort Klaatu Barada Nikto whenever my friends go aggro over something. It's nice knowing this uber-geek term is widely accepted. Although my friends have no idea what it actually means, they get the premise of it, stop being aggressive. For those without a DVD player or VHS player to watch The Day the Earth Stood Still. yeah, I noticed the sign in the cubicle and definitely appreciated the nod.
and army of darkness is a must as well, haha. "Klaatu...Barada...N...N...Necktie... Nickel... It's an "N" word, it's definitely an "N" word! Klaatu...barada..*cough*"
