Wow! Still no replies back on my request? Man, the Tron Kubricks must be hotter than I expected.

Well, if anyone is kind enough out there to possibly pass along some info on obtaining either the Tron Kubrick set "B" or where I can obtain just the Tron Tank from this set, I would be greatly appreciatative.

I have a frieind headed over to Taiwan who is going to look for the sets for me. If he spots them he will call me with prices. If they aren't outrageous, I will buy them and then sell them to you if you want them. If not, I will put them on Ebay. Hopefully he'll find them.

Well, I've had yet to come across an available copy of the Kubrick Set "B" Tron set anywhere on the Internet. I did manage to find one available in of all places, in Northern Italy. Spoke with the seller and asked him if he'd take an International Money Order as payment for above the cost of what he was asking on Ebay, -BUT- since he already had a bid that was way below what he was hoping to receive for it, told me that he couldn't withdraw the auction.

I put a "watch this auction" status on this Item and as it turns out, much to my amusement, it received only one bid and came in at a price LESS than what I offered the guy in Italy (including a generous dollar amount to cover the cost of shipping from Italy to the United States. Wound up selling it to a buyer in the Netherlands.

Go figure, you win some and you lose some. Just amazed as to how hard it is to acquire this particular set ... like I said, I am really only interested in the Tron tank itself.

OK, thanks for listening everyone ... shoot me a message here if you have any further info on how to acquire the Tron tank or the Kubrick Set "B".
