Whenever I try to load my saved game, it says "Custom Level E1-03" on the loading screen, then the whole game shuts down. I have UserError installed, and I think that might be the problem, even though it's disabled. Enabling other mods doesn't help, either. HELP!!!

One fo the admins needs to close the other one down or delete it. Us programs have no access to that part sorry.

Thanks TronFAQ, you hit the hammer right on the head. 
I didn't realize that UserError uses the same Quick Save slots that the normal version uses. I loaded my regular saved game and it worked fine. It was crashing because I was trying to load a UserError saved game without UserError enabled.
You'll address those bugs in the next patch?
