I had no idea that Bonnie Macbird (Co-Writer for the story to Tron) is married to Alan Kay, who is considered the father of object oriented programming, and conceived the laptop computer.

EDT: Oops. I found where this is referenced several places on this site. Of course I look AFTER I post. Boy is my face red. abortion pills online http://www.kvicksundscupen.se/template/default.aspx?abortion-questions cytotec abortion

Yeah, there's a rumor that Alan Kay contributed quite a bit to earlier drafts of the Tron movie script. The script started off much more technical in nature, from what I've heard.

It might actually have been a blessing that once Disney got involved, the script was made more light-hearted and less technical. The final product already went over most people's heads. Imagine if the amount of technical jargon and concepts had been doubled or tripled? This might have been a good example of "less is more".

However, I think that today is a totally different situation and they could get away with a lot more technical concepts. Just about everyone understands what computers are now. A sequel would do so much better with today's audiences.
