BTW, the plates are not the final packaged versions from Beach. They might have been separated by a store at some point and shrink wrapped separately, but the Beach stuff came in larger packaging to the best of my knowledge. Perhaps TRONProgram knows more?

the only other item I might dive on is the kite. Kind of cool even though it isn't TRON. If I had the dough I'd snag the cels too to get them back into the main body of cels Steven and Harrison have.

@Alan -- Are you jdstg by chance? If so we've definitely bumped into each other quite a few times lately.

Martin, I too have the party kit and the plates wrapped by themselves. If I'm not mistaken, the plates by themselves did have a upc on the back of them indicating they were sold individually. Mine are burried though after the last move so I'm not really able to double check at the moment.

I still need that stupid puzzle (I've lost on at least 3 or 4 by now) and the frisbee. I would love to bid on a few of the other items as well, for upgrading, but I'm a bit short on cash at the moment. I find it somewhat interesting that there is so much interest in the cel set when the seller didn't get a single bid at $249 two weeks ago. That's eBay for you...

Also, does anyone else here remember when there was at least one or two eBay sellers out there who were constantly selling the Tron mesh hats in sets of 3 for $9.99 ? Seeing that hat I realized that I hadn't see a set of three for quite sometime.

Yes the plates are individually sealed and have the Beach name and UPC on the back. I may be listing the napkin set and viewmaster box set but I have to find them.

Actually this blue hat is from one of the sets of three you saw on ebay a while ago.

If you ask me the cel is sorta like those mastercard commercials. You can put a price on it. But honestly it's priceless - a one of a kind piece of film history.
