Well, here it is... I had an idea that I should realy do something with all my tron related images and models, so I have made my own 'comic book'. I don't pretend to be a comic artist by any stretch of the imagination, so go easy on me. Hopefuly some of you will do something similar and we all get more tron stuff.
A bit more about the 'comic'; I initially thought this would take a couple of days and maybe add up to about six pages, but it got a bit more involved so I have split my story into two halves. This is the first half. The basic storyline is similar to the movie, but I was never happy about 'encoms finest' writing his best program 'clu' and that program getting 'de-rezzed' so easily. So my story starts with the premis that 'clu' gets to do his job a little better and the story goes on from there.
I would also like to add that I am no writer either, so please forgive the somewhat lacking dialogue. With this in mind I have produced a copy with no text, and would like to offer it to any of the writers to add their own version.
I have also produced a black and white lower rez version for those who prefer the old school comic look and also for those who don't have access to a colour printer, with lots of ink!
well, I think thats about it, its late at night, and I am sure that I have made a few mistakes with the text, but I hope you all enjoy my efforts.

You're in trouble, program, make it easy on yourself... make a Part 2!  That was great, Edd! Nice to see all those models and artistic talent merging into such a nice tribute to   Keep up the good work and thank you for sharing this lovely journey through the Tron world

Yes, its nearly all created usining 3d studio max, a couple of the images are 2d, created using photoshop.

Fantastic artwork and a nice story.
I wasnt satisfied how easily CLU got caught, too.
