While Kamui wasn't looking I found my extra book of matches and I put the torch to all of these cheap things. I am covered in soot, but otherwise unharmed. Leaving now!

Not really related to the Berkeley showing, but I will be in New York this weekend for a ComicCon. Apparently, I will be on a panel discussing the Tron comic. I found this out today, through the power of Google.

I wish i could go, i live a few hours away, up in clearlake, my wife and me love this film. does anyone know if the Friday show is hell of booked up? i was supposed to have some work this week but, will there be another nor cal showing again, or soonish???
this is my first post, i think.... i might have had another obelisk-y name before, but i guess it might have dropped off. anyways, i say hello, and greetings, programs.

Sadly, I am not gonna be able to make it. Wife is sick and needs me, plus my son is recovering from Surgery. I gotta be the nurse this weekeknd. I hope everyone has a good time. Damn I really want to go!!! Take pictures of everything Lan! Marquees, fans, etc. Please.

Just got back and I enjoyed myself immensely. The turnout was better on Friday, I think. With a much more active crowd. I was expected to speak and was very grateful that Jay was there to cover for me. I'm far to shy for that kind of public spotlight.
Jay has a couple of pictures. I have none as I forgot my camera both nights. Along with just about everything else.

After barfing for four days I took my son Bret to the hospital. They thought he had a blackage in his bowel. It turned out his Appendix had wrapped itself around his bowel and was choking it. He had emergency surgery where they found and corrected the problem. Now if Jan and I can just get rid of our colds, all will be well.
