Cool idea - putting an image out there and having people see what they come up with in terms of editing it in to another image. Great creative exercise.
I didn't see any TRON references in the thread though. In fact, most of the images were just a blank box with the red x in the corner.

Oh - wait a minute, it seems that after reloading the page a few times, most of the blank images filled in. Haaaa! TRON and Automan images! 
I love what some of the people came up with too.
