How do you make GIF animation videos on a computer?
I have a really good idea and want to show you guys.

I find the best GIF animator is the Microsoft GIF Animator...

I think you can create animated gifs with Flash. I know I saw my sis created a few in there. You can always go with Flash's 30 day free trial if in case you didn't have Flash. ^^

I use JASC animation shop. (They have a 30 day free trial which is sad.)
And there's a very expensive program-- Adobe Image Ready.
I'd say Microsoft Animated Gif program will be better. X_x

I used to use a basic but very effective GIF animation utility called Animagic. I downloaded it from download.com about 6 or 7 years ago. It's freeware, easy to use, and has some useful features to help optimize the file. I don't know if it is still there, but you may want to check in to it.

No need to worry I found an animator program called EASYtoon, it animates black and white, 2D, frame by frame movies.
I've already made 2.

I also use their Paint Shop Pro every day. What I love about it is that it's built simple enough to use, but they don't have any of the (what I call) "dummy icons".

I heard PSP has got something weird in it (As in something like spywear or something.) It might be just rumor, but I'm a little iffy on that.
