We have some Jewish members of our family too. They wish us Merry Christmas, and we wish them Happy Hanukkah. You really shouldn't be afraid to mention any specific greeting. 
I get it - "happy holidays" covers multiple. But today is Christmas. So again - Merry Christmas everyone!
