Looks like TRON 2.0: Killer App fans will have to hang onto their original Xbox when the 360 comes out next week.
The game is not one of the 200+ titles Microsoft plans to support on the new system.
More proof that Disney could care less about TRON! Their one decent Xbox title to date and it's not part of the launch in any way. Must be real focused on all those hardcore gamers slobbering over Chicken Little and Chronicles of Narnia for Xbox! Not to say any of those games can be good in some respects but then again, I really found Narnia boring anyways. And judging from the screens, it looks a lot like a Lord of the Rings clone to me. ^^; But that's just me.

Hrm. Another reason not to get one. I really didn't plan on ever getting an X-Box 360, but then I again I can say that about the original X-Box. It was only because of Tron I got one to begin with. Something pretty earth shattering would have to happen for me to want to get one. (plus a lower price)

You know it! Because, I mean . . . those are awesome games, right? And Turok will be so awesome, too. Yup! 
Like Boingo, the only reason I bought an Xbox is because of Killer App. And I have no plans to buy an Xbox 360, unless they surprise me and release a new Tron title on the 360. But honestly, I would still rather see something on the PC anyway . . . be it an expansion, or something completely new.

My dream come true, would be for BVG to hire Monolith again and have them upgrade TRON 2.0 to use the same new engine that FEAR is using. Then they'd add the new content from the Xbox version, plus more.
But I guess I can just keep on dreaming, for now.

...why would they be appealing to kids, to promote a "$500.00" system? that would mean the kids would work, God forbid! uh, but when I was a kid I made that in 3 weeks, so... rofl.(and the're losing money!?)
lets start the "Make a patch foundation", for needy gamers. Yeah, we can't get them to spend $30K to release the source code, so let's go for something really realistic like totally rebuilding it for GNU and releasing it free of charge! Yeah, that will work!

Its a possibility that they can do it that way. I know you had told us in the past in certain areas the reasons that they wouldn't do it the other way since it would be too expensive. I have seen other companies do this with their software packages like for Gimp, Openoffive, Unreal Tournament, Sun Microsystems Solaris 10, and a few others. Maybe they would do it.

Guys, get it through your noggins. BVG will NEVER do anything more for TRON fans while Graham Hopper and Mike Ryder are in charge. They don't like TRON and all the people working for them have no choice but to do what they say. That is until the company blows apart again sometime in late 2006 I think.

Well, it only took 12 years for a NMBC game to come out, so maybe after Kingdom Hearts Disney will see the revenue potential for Tron and step up the development of new Tron stuff.
