I've been playing this game for about a week now, i'm playing through it again trying to be evil this time.
has anyone else playes this new masterpiece?

Sorry, I only play color games. No black & white games for me! I had enough of those back in the 70's! 
Seriously, I've never heard of it, but I'm glad you're enjoying it.

It is the sequel to Peter Molyneux's smash hit Black and White. Its your standard god sim with a few twists, You can choose to be either a benevolent or Malevolent deity and a giant animal of some kind acts as your avatar to your people. You can shape your creature to be either good or evil depending on how you reward or punish it.
All that is visible must grow beyond itself, and extend into the realm of the invisible

and there are miracles...and epic miracles i like these. i can summon volcanoes, earthquakes, hurricanes and sirens [the greek myth kind of siren, not a police siren]

I haven't gotten my hands on B&W 2 but I do have B&W 1 with expansion pack. Actually, I managed to score an awesome deal on it at Walmart. They were selling these EA Game pack where they bundled with it Metal of Honour: Allied Assault (Oddly enough, they were also selling MOHAA individually at at least several times the price (About 59.00$ CAN) while with the pack, it now costs (With all the other games included) 18.00$ CAN. Even more interesting is that the pack was on the lowest shelf possible tucked away in some hiding place while the individual MOHAA was up near eye level. It just goes to show that by crouching and looking around, you can get better deals!), Freedom Fighters, Lord of the Rings, and of course Black and White WITH expansion pack. Anyways, B&W 2 looks very inetresting and I hope to pick it up sometime, but I'm also looking forward to Will Wright's "Spore."

well, black and white 1 was good, but i thought some things were flawed. like the idea that the influence ring is based on belief. that's been changed... a lot. the wonders in B&W 1 just seemes pointless to me, now they actually DO something
[something being wiping out a whole town with a volcano/earthquake/hurricane, and converting enemy armies into friendly villagers via the siren [my personal favourite epic miracle]
basically, in my opinion, black and white 2 is at least 10 times better than the first game,

I've been hearing a lot of people are going crazy for B&W 2. ^^ Although, just a few weeks ago, I saw the demo video for Spore .... now I really want that game. It's just too cool....
