A search engine like Google would have to be a pack of bloodhounds, maybe with one guy leading them or something.

Yeah, I would think of an allergy as some kind of software incompatibility.
However I think every program in the digital world would resemble its user (creator). So unless a bloodhound wrote the search engine, probably not

i always pictured search engines as satellites that float above the system pinpointing anything that people search for.
and i would consider program "allergies" to be software incompatability. one axample off the top of my head would be playing PC games on a MAC computer. my friend and i have tried it in vain.
